Citing an individual transaction
Include the author, record title, stable transaction ID, canonical page URL, dataset version, methodology version, page update date, and your access date. Each transaction page provides its ID and exact snapshot link. Preserve the record’s review status in your citation.

Interpreting the data
Only records with publication_review.status = human_reviewed are approved for market measures. Current release: 4 approved and 5 provisional observations. Provisional observations must not be presented as approved transaction benchmarks.
Attribute disclosed facts to the original source linked from the record. Attribute classification, scores, and valuation analysis to Strategic Signal. A program’s total spending is not a dataset price unless the record explicitly separates that consideration. Unknown terms are not evidence of granted rights.
Original snapshots retain their historical contents. Consult the correction history before relying on a superseded release.
